Disqualifying Offenses: You will be disqualified if you have been convicted of (or are currently completing a sentence/probation for) any felony, or any misdemeanor involving:
- Shooting a firearm or other weapon.
- Shoplifting, theft of property, or theft of services.
- Assault, battery, or other acts of violence against persons or property.
- The sale, manufacture, or distribution of controlled substances, analogs, drugs, or narcotics.

RENEWALS & LATE RENEWAL TIME PERIOD

- A 90-day late renewal period is available for license renewal.
- Security officers can renew during this time but cannot work with an expired license.
